How it Works
What happens after I purchase my new Domain?
When completing checkout in the notes you can give us your Godaddy or Name.com acct info. For Name.com we need your acct code and user name for Godaddy we need your customer no. and email address. This will allow us to transfer the domain to you acct. If you forget just simply respond to your invoice with the domain transfer info. If you do not receive an invoice please check your spam folder.
How Long does it take to get my new Domain?
Once Payment is complete and your acct info has been provided we transfer the domain within 24-48 hours. If we do not receive your acct info we will email you a request so that we can get your new domain to you. Please note having an acct with the curent registrar is required however is free.
What if I don't have a godaddy or name.com acct?
Simple, We work with both of these registrars for a reason. Both offer free accounts and an easy transfer process. They both also have great live support. Click here to setup a free name.com acct.
I see a pending transfer, now what?
Once you have an incoming transfer you need to accept the transfer. The registrar will either email you a notification or when you log-in may ask you to accept the transfer. Both Godaddy and name.com have great live customer service.
Is the logo included?
Yes! At your request we provide you with a 1500px X 1500px PNG transparent background image FREE.
Our Logos are created in-house and are subject to trademarking and copyright approval at your expense if you decide to do so. We are not responsible for the future use of your logo.
Do you have a return policy?
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. We want all of over customers to be happy. We will in some cases accept a return within 7 days from the original date of purchase and only after the domain has been transferred back to our acct. at which point we will refund the original payment minus a 25% service charge. Please note that no returns are offered by any Domain resellers.
